About me

I’ve worked in charities and third sector organisations for over 20 years. From founding new companies, to leading established ones, I’ve led change, both structurally and operationally bringing growth and stability.

I’m known for getting things done, in a way that makes organisations better for staff, volunteers, clients and partners.

I’ve worked on community programmes, social enterprise, charities and the public sector. Setting up the first Community Interest Company in Birmingham and delivering national initiatives in local settings, and have been a CEO for over 15 years.

I enjoy working for different people, in different places on different projects and the freedom this gives me. It means I can bring my experience with fresh eyes, new perspectives and focus.

I’m strong on finance, budget setting and management, planning and long-term forecasting. Working out cost-saving, full-cost recovery and income generation plans.

I love working with people and helping them to understand how to deliver their services in an efficient, exciting and sustainable way. I have a strong HR background (CIPD L7) with Coaching, Mentoring and Mediation qualifications.
